Please Note: All new colour clients will need a full consultation and patch test at least 48 hours prior to any colour work being carried out. Prices may vary depending on your hair and the time needed to achieve your desired look.

Cancellation Policy

I will always try my best to accommodate any changes to appointments. However, I kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule appointments at least 48 hours in advance.

• Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 25% service charge.

• No-shows will be charged 50% of the booked service cost.

• For colour and long/complex services, a non-refundable deposit of £30 is required at booking.
